SIL-2 Certified Eagle Logic Solver (ELS)

Our Eagle Logic Solver is a point-to-point, nonaddressible system that has SIL-2 and nonSIL approved modules to provide a flexible configuration, depending on the certification requirements. By combining the ELS controller with the appropriate input/output modules, an approved flame detector, and an approved gas detector, this third-party-approved SIL-2 rated fire and gas detection system is fully certified to IEC61508.

 
ELS Safety system

This integrated system combines simplex or redundant controller processing with the required I/O modules to offer a fully functional SIL-2 fire and gas solution certifed by TuV. The system supports the transfer of safety information between controllers using peer-to-peer communication and supports HART passthrough as well.

Our Multi-spectrum Infrared Flame Detector (X3301) establishes a new benchmark in multiple-fuel fire detection performance and false alarm rejection. The detector utilizes advanced signal processing algorithms supported by an embedded 32-bit microprocessor to provide continuous protection in the presence of false alarm sources and environments with infrared radiation present. SIL-2 certified by TuV to IEC-61508 for a 4-20 mA and relay output.
